  This pretty much confirms that if we get a new iMac Pro, it will have a 27" display. No more 32" from Apple. Too expensive.

  @SnazzyLabs I'm fine with the specs of the studio xdr, was what I wanted in an upgrade. Is your issue the price? I would expect around 3k for it. The 60hz Studio Display in 2026 is a little ridiculous, but it's under 2k. Apple displays have always been a premium.

  if you already own a Studio Display you don't even need to consider buying the new one. If you want a Studio Display and you don't have one, buy used and save $600-800 dollars. If you want a decent Webcam, there are plenty that will be better than the built-in one for $100.

  Very cool Apple announcements today. I'm completely in on the new Studio Display XDR, which has everything I want - high brightness, loads of dimming zones, 120Hz, perfect integration with MacOS. Thankfully the 90Hz rumours have not proven to be true. https://www.apple.com/...
