    Such a strange framing.  Apple is the largest manufacturer of computer hardware in the world.  Does AI change anything about that?  Is there some AI-powered hardware that Apple is going to fail to create and everyone will stop buying iPhones as a result? [embedded post]

    Meta clearly believes they need to be at the cutting-edge of AI right now.  Apple clearly believes they can outsource the cutting-edge right now and wait and see how it develops.  —  We'll all get to watch which bet was right and which was wrong in real time!
