  If they keep growing, Australia will heavily regulate or try to outright ban them, demanded by Australia's pro-Israel lobby. This is how so much western censorship is driven: by powerful interest groups demanding Big Tech censor dissent and, if they won't, that laws be passed.

  As for UpScrolled: I understand and share the excitement. There are far too few social media apps *genuinely* devoted to free speech. But it's in Australia. @Jack has long warned that any centralized tech company will be vulnerable to state attacks to censor. We'll see:
