Jensen on @SquawkStreet discussing Nvidia's supply chain advantage. They have been planning for this current ramp for years, working with TSMC on wafers and CoWoS capacity, and with memory makers. “We're looking forward to a giant scale out this year” “In the next several

CoreWeave's looking good with Monday's upside break. Bullish structure targeting higher, but not zero risk with potential lower low. Last week, I went long $CRWV initial position. Setup shared early for my paid subs. Primary count: Mid-third wave, eyeing wave (v) of iii this [ima…

Imagine being excited today and buying $CRWV then realizing *the reason the deal happened was $NVDA needs sales and Coreweave can't borrow anymore.

@EdLudlow I mean I think the bigger story is that CoreWeave needed another $2bn to avoid dying

NVIDIA just dropped $2 billion into CoreWeave to fuel a massive 5-gigawatt expansion. This capital is pouring fuel on the zoning war already raging between the Federal government and local municipalities. While Washington fights to preempt local rules, city councils are digging

🚨 Dec 31, Coreweave is on fumes for cash, and announces new loan terms that allow “unlimited equity cures” for “any failure to satisify debt service” 🚨 Jan 26, Nvidia invests $2b at $87/share. nothing to see here. [image]

coreweave shareholders got diluted by 4.5% or so in this deal. They magicked up another 22 million shares and sold them to NVIDIA. Very nice stuff, very nice, this is what you do when things are going “great”

Nvidia is once again investing billions in one of its biggest customers so that it can afford the overpriced Nvidia chips. The crazy thing is that Nvidia is buying $CRWV at a significant discount to the last stock market price, and yet CoreWeave is still up about 10% today after

$NVDA investing in $CRWV and its customer ecosystem is wise corporate venture and exponentially better than stock buybacks. What do you want NVIDIA to do with its cash? Buy T-Bills? Yen carry trade? Get a grip, y'all. 😬😮‍💨

Every time the peanut gallery takes pot shots at Nvidia's investments, they look silly a year later. This likely won't be any different. There are numerous recent data points that show inference demand is exploding. Guess who serves this demand? Also, $2B is a fraction of [image]

AI Utilities are catching multiple tailwinds at once. $NVDA is investing $2B into $CRWV and partnering to build 5+ GW of AI factories by 2030 just as H100 rental prices start rising again after the release of Claude Opus 4.5. Agentic demand is tightening GPU supply faster than [i…

$CRWV is mathematically going to go bust, over 4bn$ of its loans mature this year. Lenders don't want to touch it anymore even with a 10ft pole, no other alternative than Nvidia throwing a lifeline to its client, supplier and investment, but this will only delay the bankruptcy.

Nvidia just invested another $2bn in Coreweave. Seems like Coreweave's sole raison d'etre is to buy Nvidia GPUs and rent it out. They power specialist workloads, unlike hyperscalers which power everything. It's also Nvidia's bargaining chip vs hyperscalers for a diversified buyer
