Meta Compute formalizes a buildout that had already moved from large annual spending plans to physical campus-scale projects: Meta previously outlined $60B–$65B in 2025 capital spending and more than 1.3 million GPUs, then identified multi-gigawatt data-center clusters including Prometheus.
