@ericmigi does the Beeper Mac app require full disk access for the iMessage bridge? This isn't disclosed in any FAQs so curious if you're doing something different from AirMessage. Thanks

I was just saying to my colleagues the other day I feel like messaging/notifications need to rolled into one app. Will be interesting to see if Apple will be allowing more deep integration w/ an iMessage api https://twitter.com/...

people really miss Adium, huh? https://twitter.com/...

Good luck to them, but a)Apple will instantly close any loophole they're exploiting and then B) Sue them into the ground. You don't sneak into the walled garden and expect not to be tossed out. https://www.theverge.com/...

It's like the second coming of Trillian, he says as he feels himself turning to dust https://www.theverge.com/...

“If you've got an always-online Mac, then you can install the Beeper Mac app to act as a bridge...if you don't have access to a Mac, at which point Beeper says it'll literally send each of its users a “Jailbroken iPhone with the Beeper app installed” in order to act as a bridge.”…

Beeper sounds interesting, but the reality is that it's $10 a month and you have to have a Mac running 24/7 to get iMessage support. There are also other universal chat apps that aren't subscription-based https://twitter.com/...

Reminds me of the time when IM clients like Nimbuzz, Adium/Pidgin, Trillian, Digsby were popular https://twitter.com/...

I signed up to get on the list yesterday but I'm hesitant to use because I can't find the word “encryption” anywhere. @ericmigi, how crazy anxious should I be about that? https://twitter.com/...
