The SEC also filed a complaint against Guo today and listed ill-gotten gains that would rival any Russian oligarch for extreme luxury: -a $35,000 mattress -a $62,000 television -a $59,000 watch storage box -a $53,000 fireplace log cradle holder (!) https://www.sec.gov/...

Guo (who has a number of aliases, including Miles Kwok) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Feb. 2022 after a court ordered him to pay $134 million for attempting to avoid debt collection. He also has been a financial backer of Trump's former advisor, Steve Bannon.
