    This is important, don't think that just because someone speaks are at a conference in China w/o intended US audience that there isn't an agenda focused on lobbying domestic policymakers

    once all low low hanging fruit has been picked, it'll all come down to who has the most compute and it's hard to pay for that with open source models and trade limits on gpus. america will look unstoppable in this second inning. china's only option is a concentrated national
