In my opinion, Brazil following the EU's regulatory framework is a bad idea. ‘Digital Markets Act’ in a mobile-first country like Brazil will have even more detrimental effects on privacy & security. Also, bad for consumer choice, as the market becomes increasingly homogeneous.

Google Android and Apple iOS offer consumers a choice in the mobile operating system market. Their differences are beneficial for both consumers and the free market. I hope Google and Apple can now refocus *all* of its efforts on developing innovative new iOS / Android features.

@keleftheriou @AutoriteitCM My take is that Apple isn't above the law, so if the order is set they should comply. BUT... I also reserve myself the right to critique the way this order came to be since I am paying the taxes and ACM does this in my name and 16 million others here.
