The idea of flagging “hey something's off” is the same, but it's a slight difference in purpose.  Vitals is like “hey, maybe ease up on training” versus Symptom Radar “hey, you might be falling ill.” With the latter, I think the idea is to help sort out noise from outliers like bad sleep, etc.

So given all the cool news today, a reminder about the biggest challenge smart glasses face: Not everyone likes or wants to wear glasses.  Meta's done an excellent job partnering with EssilorLuxxotica to make its glasses look stylish but will anyone who doesn't *need* glasses want to wear smart glasses all day, every day?  They might if the tech is cool enough.  But it has to be cool enough.

I think the question is battery life — the Ultra gets multiday battery life quite reliably and we'll have to see how the Series 10 handles that larger display.
