The Apple Maps web app beta now seems to support Look Around (Apple's version of “Street View").  Doesn't seem to have the same parallax effect it does on the iOS and Mac apps when looking around.  Does still have it when moving.

Apple updates Apple Maps on the web to add support for Look Around, which is Apple's version of Google Street View

Apple in June introduced a beta version of Apple Maps on the web, allowing users of other platforms such as Windows PCs to access its map service directly from a web browser.

It's possible this was added some time ago, but it was not there at launch.

Apple may not be bringing Apple Intelligence to iPhone 15, which has 6GB of RAM vs. iPhone 15 Pro's 8GB, due to RAM requirements for on-device AI processing

Older iPhones might well be able to cope with Apple's AI, so why won't your $900 year-old model run it?  Here's why.

Apple Intelligence's official launch on mobile devices will likely be with the iPhone 16 series.  It'll be very interesting to see what Apple's September event is like as these will be the first phones Apple will likely market as their “AI” phones (whether I agree with that branding is another story). …

Apple's WWDC demos, with the integration of generative AI across its products, show the value of seeing AI as a feature rather than a standalone app or device

what's not to love? Michael J. Miller / PCMag : Apple Intelligence Satisfies Demand, But Doesn't Change the Game M.G. Siegler / Spyglass : “AI” is Apple's “Voldemort” Ben Thompson ...

It feels like Apple has been specifically targeting the list of small things Android users complained about with iOS.  There's still more to do, but the list keeps getting smaller and smaller and iOS has its own benefits.  People poke fun at iOS adding things that it should have had a long time ago (rightfully) but they might run out at this rate.
