WBD confirms that Warner Bros. Games will be acquired by Netflix along with its wider streaming and television business

A Warner Bros. spokesperson has confirmed the video game division will be acquired by Netflix alongside its wider streaming and television business.

So far don't see anything to doubt that Netflix - WB is presumptively illegal. Netflix & HBO Max are direct competitors in premium streaming / subscription video on demand with big shares. Also obvious labor effects (like Random House) Looks like antitrust 101 (so far).

On Net Neutrality: When Congress passed the Telecommunications Act in 1934 it clearly wanted the American people to enjoy non-discriminatory, low-cost communications services. Finding otherwise is blatant judicial activism that puts corporate interests over American democracy.
