Interesting watching the initial Pixel Fold coverage. Loads more in PSC at the weekend. But in the meantime, I'm astonished that the screen protector doesn't fully cover the ultra-thin glass. Resulting in https://arstechnica.com/... - anyone know why this might have been designed in?

The closed display halves almost touch, and that can smash debris into the screen.  —  A flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long.
