I don't understand this on two accounts: 1. Flexport CEO said they have a fortress balance sheet quite recently. 2. Why does Shopify need this?

@brianfishman @benedictevans Why does Facebook always have a new policy only after things go south? If the company were a responsible member of the community it would handle influence campaigns, fake news, QAnon, militias and other terrible groups before they become huge and influential.
