I can't believe @Apple has missed AI so badly and Siri is still so awful. Seems like @tim_cook needs to find a new head of AI Strategy. JG has been there for 7 years. Clearly not executing well. via @daringfireball [image]

Elon could have bought twitter, reduced costs (layoffs), raised prices, and kept advertisers. Instead, the story has been full of uncertainty and drama, and Elon responding with divisive comments. I think Elon-run-Twitter can be awesome. But needs less drama / blame. https://twitter.com/...

Wrong. Stadia died bc it was objectively worse user experience than every other console (slower, fewer games, etc..). Gamers didn't care about the benefits Google expected people to care about (streaming). It died bc Google focused on the tech and not the user. Very simple. https://twitter.com/...

Stadia was doomed from the start because Google knows next to nothing about gaming and no one wants to invest in services they don't trust Google to keep around

There's a lot of chatter right now about the “surprise” shutdown of Stadia, Google's game-streaming service.
