This is nonsense.  Genie doesn't allow you to create game worlds; it allows you to create procedurally generated environments which are just kinda okay at this point.  —  Anyway, no “major” game developer should feel threatened by this.  [embedded post]

Maybe this is my consumer glasses on, but I'm not sure this is as damning as some might take it. I really don't think Intel would have managed to rein in Nvidia, but I don't follow enterprise AI. Still, it's going to tick some Intel investors off.
