Starlink is authorized to operate a satellite network in Brazil with currently around 3,700 satellites.  Today, Starlink has 250,000 users, who will be left without service if Anatel decides on the maximum penalty.  It is the satellite internet company with the largest number of customers in the country; the second-placed company (Viasat Brasil Serviços) has 178,847.
