Without knowing who those people are, Nunes can't serve them in the lawsuit. He's been trying to make Twitter disclose the accounts' identities, but they've refused so far. This decision certainly doesn't make it easier for Nunes to identify them. https://www.fresnobee.com/...

This does not, however, mean this lawsuit is dismissed. It is still pending against @DevinCow @NunesAlt @LizMair, it just no longer includes Twitter. But Nunes' attorney has said they're at a “dead end” on identifying the two anonymous accounts. https://www.fresnobee.com/...
