Claiming this just stretches credibility without any evidence, outside evals, etc. Also curious if any of the 8 who signed up to be on the well-being council would say that OpenAI has fixed the problem. I testified before the Senate HELP committee last week and the consistent, bi-partisan concern was around children's safety and AI...This claim could expose OpenAI to serious legal risk if ChatGPT is ever linked to another mental health or suicide incident
