I have no idea what's going to happen. Strictly personal opinion: common sense tells me that the market MS really needs to focus on are the 1.3 Billion Windows users, and as the RT experience has shown, fragmentation can hurt the platform. Just port Windows to ARM64. https://twitter.com/...
