You cant make this up. Elon: Wikipedia is so bad, I'm going to do a competitor. Elon proceeds to rip off Wikipedia word for word except where it doesn't align with him politically and culturally. Who could have predicted that?

Grokipedia hands-on: many articles clone Wikipedia, but deviate significantly on topics conflicting with Elon Musk's worldview; at times, it is overtly racist

xAI's Wikipedia-like website offers a generous take on Musk's worldview. … On Monday, a new online “encyclopedia” sputtered to life.

Tesla recently settled two similar lawsuits, but it either couldn't or wouldn't settle this one.  It's important to note that there are dozens of other crashes, many unfortunately fatal ones, that involved Tesla's Autopilot and FSD.  Many of them have circumstances way worse for Tesla than this case.

Well, this explains how X's bank valuation went so quickly from ~$12B in 2024 back to ~$44B last month.  Musk had made the xAI offer, increasing the valuation.  Between SolarCity, his Tesla CEO compensation plan, and this, Musk is a master of negotiating with himself.

This is just scratching the surface. I've got bombarded with hate from Elon lemmings when I suggested Tesla is reaching the limits of HW3 earlier this year. A week ago, the same lemmings clung to Tesla VP Lars Moravy saying that “self-driving would come to HW3”. I told you that

The Tesla cult is a fascinating creature. When we said that Tesla was reaching the limits of HW3. They laugh at us and called us haters and liars. When Tesla finally admitted that self-driving might not work on HW3, they said it doesn't matter because Tesla will do “free” (paid

Elon Musk finally admits Tesla's HW3 might not support full self-driving. The best comment is “we don't actually know the answer”. That's the truth. Elon, nor anyone at Tesla, know exactly what it will take to get to self-driving, which makes nuts that they are selling
