Earlier today, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth shared on X that he is directing the Department of War to designate Anthropic a supply chain risk.

So.... Anthropic got blacklisted for the same red lines OpenAI just got written into its contract? Or did OpenAI just accept the weaker version of those red lines that Anthropic wouldn't sign?
