I guess I just didn't fully grasp how many losers there are in the world. Like I knew there were a lot of losers out there, but the amount of losers that would have to exist to, one, make this product feasible and, two, to make this ad's existence possible is hard to process.

If you're looking for a concise explanation as to how that AI-generated “All Eyes On Rafah” image went so viral, basically, it was abstract enough to bypass censors and filters on Instagram, one of the last remaining social networks real people still use. https://www.garbageday.email/ ... [image]

Semafor Signals  —  Insights from The New York Times, Financial Times, and CNN  —  The News

I track US TikTok data month to month. The most viral videos on TikTok are almost completely apolitical and oftentimes literally the same videos trending on Facebook. As for the platform's subcultures, they're typically even more radically progressive than Tumblr's.
